Hey there, I am Cynthia Fabela, but you can call me Cyn. I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach. My passion for fitness began right here at SMTF when I decided to live a healthier lifestyle. As a wife, mother of 2 (crazy boys), and a very busy life I needed a change for ME and decided to invest.
I started as a beginner with my own personal trainer, it has taught me to motivate and make a difference in mindset, lifestyle and nutrition. I specialize in 1:1 training as well as group training to help achieve sustainable weight loss, build muscle, and lower body fat percentage.

Hello my name is Victor Ames I’m pumped and excited to start at self made training facility, some background on my fitness I played football in high school and still play recreational flag leagues and love playing basketball and parks or in indoor gyms whenever I get a chance I’ve been a trainer for a year now but have worked out ever since I was 17 years old it has been a lifestyle ever since I love powerlifting but I specialize in weight loss and nutrition for my clients I love keeping high energy during our workout sessions and will even get in and knock a few sets out with you because we are in this together I look forward to working with each individual so we can all live a better lifestyle!

I believe taking an hour a day to move your body will absolutely change your life! It will improve your mood, guaranteed! I’ve been training since 2012. My motivation on Training is the positive impact i have on others.
