WHY I DO IT? I learned over the years, that we are never going to be motivated every single day to accomplish the things we want in life; and that’s okay! I also learned, the more you are passionate about something the less of those days you will have. The reason why I love what I do, is not only for others to live a healthier longer more active lifestyle; but, to see the smiles and self acceptance my clients feel when they believe in themselves to reach their goals.

I’ve been training since 2012. My motivation on Training is the positive impact i have on others. My experiences as an former College athlete learning how to train your body on a consistent basis, building a consistent routine, and Janey major results I just want to apply that with everyone who are trained and whatever goals they have they become my goals and we will accomplish them together that is the biggest motivation for me if you looking for motivation coaching or someone to hold accountability someone to help push you to the next level I am the man for the job!

Hello! My name is Stephen. I’ve been into the fitness game since I was a teenager. I’ve gone through a lot of trial and error when it comes to building muscle, eating the proper diet, and losing fat. With as much experience that I’ve gained over the last 15 years or so, I guess you can say I know a thing or two when it comes to getting to where you want to be fitness wise.
