I also learned, the more you are passionate about something the less of those days you will have. The reason why I love what I do, is not only for others to live a healthier longer more active lifestyle; but, to see the smiles and self acceptance my clients feel when they believe in themselves to reach their goals.
Hi! My name is Savanna, my passion for fitness started within myself and my own personal journey to lose 65 pounds and begin living a healthier lifestyle. I started as a beginner, hiring my own personal trainer so I truly know what it’s like to be on the other end now that I’ve come full circle and I know what you’re investing! I teach my clients how to feel confident and strong in the gym. I do not believe in restrictive approaches to weight-loss as they never work long term. I teach my clients a sustainable way to lose weight that works for their lifestyle, while giving them the tools and resources to continue living a healthier lifestyle throughout the remainder of their life. Fitness is not about having the lowest body fat percentage or about having abs, it is about feeling empowered and sexy! It’s about prioritizing your health so you can live a long and full life! It’s about investing in yourself, and taking control of your health is the best form of self care there is! Fitness will not also help you physically, but also mentally! I believe taking an hour a day to move your body will absolutely change your life! It will improve your mood, guaranteed! I promise you never will go to workout and after think, “well that was a waste of time” or “I wish I didn’t do that”.
