I struggled with my confidence and body image issues, which led me to develop a deep interest in Martial Arts, self improvement, nutrition, exercise, discipline and overall well-being. I dedicated myself to learning everything I could about fitness and embarked on my own transformational journey.I believe that fitness is about more than just physical appearance; it is about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in every aspect of life. I have seen firsthand how exercise can transform not only the body but also the mind and spirit. I have personally competed in Men's Physique & Men's Classic Physique working towards receiving my Pro Card. What keeps me motivated is seeing how my body always changes when I'm preparing for a competition, but also seeing my transformation. Additional, I have received many requests to help train others. I teach my clients how to feel confident and strong in the gym. I do not believe in restrictive approaches to weight-loss as they never work long term. My specialities are weight-loss transformation, strength training, muscle gain and tone, growing your glutes and lower body, strengthening upper body, and flexible nutrition. I work with clients who need to gain and lose weight. I offer online, and in person training. In person I offer one on one private training, as well as group training.
