HII!! I’m Ally! I am from California born and raised in Anaheim. Later on moved to Riverside. During middle school, my parents decided to move out of state, so we moved to Wyoming for about 4 to 5 years, After that my parents decided to come back out to California due to too much, isolation and loneliness out there. I experienced bullying in school, always got picked on for my body apparently appearing “too big” & my unique personality. My mental health then started going downhill. We finally came back out to California. I went to Hillcrest high school, joined their volleyball and swim team, and fell in love with being an athlete! I loved being active and playing competitive sports, I decided to get myself a gym membership to remain active outside of my practices from school. I LOVED IT!!! I started training consistently at the gym. at that time my style of training was HIIT training I fell in love with that style of training and even now I still continue to incorporate HIIT training into my routine. Junior year of high school, my mother passed away from stage 4 brain cancer, I was 17 years young when she passed. I remember listening to the reasonings behind her death. It all boiled down to her HEALTH and LIFESTYLE . After finding that out… I experienced an awakening I decided to prioritize my health and live a completely different lifestyle, compared to my loved ones. Within three years of grieving and battling mental health, my escape seemed to be the gym, it helped quiet all my negative thinking, and helped create uplifting positive self talk during my sessions. I then naturally gravitated to weightlifting and BOOM! I loved it! My mindset and body transformed like crazy with consistent weight training! Health and fitness has literally saved my life and I have developed a passion to help others transform their lives for the better by teaching how to properly perform exercises and build strength through hard work and consistency!

As a Father of 3, I’ve got to stay on top of my health so I can keep up with my lil ones physically and energetically. My overall wellness matters as well so I can live longer to see more of my kids lives. Modeling healthier behavior and practices for my children is important for my family to grow in healthy active lives.
I’ve also been sober from alcohol for 15 yrs and have been up to 265 lbs overweight however by utilizing the gym and ever changing fitness goals to work towards I’ve been able to make amazing changes in my life and some others around me. So that’s what I’m here to do now take my experience, strength, and hope from the gym, fatherhood, and life to help others to create that same feeling in themselves.

My name is Frank Mercuri III, I am a business owner, husband, father of 3 and a US Army Veteran. I’ve been an athlete most of my life but I wasn’t always into “Health & Fitness,” until I met my coach 4 years ago. It was my coach who really changed how I saw my self at the ripe age of 46 and introduced me to a whole new world of fitness. Since then, I’ve developed a deeper appreciation for Health & Fitness and for the body building industry. I have personally competed in Men’s Physique & Men’s Classic Physique working towards receiving my Pro Card. What keeps me motivated is seeing how my body always changes when I’m preparing for a competition, but also seeing my transformation. Additional, I have received many requests to help train others. I have taken on this role now as a personal coach/trainer to help others reach their health & fitness goals. When I see how they have changed in just a couple of weeks, that get’s me excited!
