Hi there! I’m Anthony Davis, a personal trainer with 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Having worked out for over a decade I have learned what works best for me and I want to impart that knowledge on you too.

My focus is on getting you to reach your goals through methods of strength training, HIIT, functional fitness and nutrition guidance. My aim in every session is to work collaboratively so that you can achieve optimal results in an enjoyable way while always striving to push boundaries without putting your body at risk.

Living a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be hard. It should come naturally. With over a decade of personal experience, I’m committed to helping you achieve your goals and develop better habits that will help you reach your healthiest potential.

In my spare time outside the gym, I enjoy being a Father, Electric skateboarding and watching anime among other activities so that my own fitness remains top notch so I can give the best version of myself when training my clients. Bryan Vigorito – Strength Trainer in Corona

I am born, raised and still living in Southern California. I have been an athlete all my life. Growing up I played baseball, football, basketball, soccer and I also wrestled. I have been recreationally bodybuilding for over 20 years. Back in 2018, I wanted to really challenge myself by competing in my first bodybuilding competition. I ended up taking 2nd place and I was hooked after that. Fast forward to 2020, where I competed in 4 shows on my way to earning my Pro Card and status as an IFBB Mens Physique Pro. I have competed on the most prestigious stage as an IFBB Pro 2 times. I currently train clients in person in Corona, CA and Costa Mesa, CA. I also have a roster of online clients across the country that I help achieve their fitness goals. I am a Dad to two beautiful children. My daughter Avery and my son Archie. Right now Iโ€™m living my dream by getting to support my family helping others and teaching them about something I am extremely passionate about.

As a certified personal trainer with five years of experience while also obtaining my Bachelors of Science Kinesiology degree with a concentration in Exercise Science working with both individual clients and groups it is extremely motivating for me to see all of their hard work come to fruition and see the changes happen on the daily!

My experience includes helping clients of all levels achieve their goals in functional fitness, muscle gain, fat loss, and flexibility. I have also held group training sessions, couple training sessions, and weight loss classes.

HII!! Iโ€™m Ally! I am from California born and raised in Anaheim. Later on moved to Riverside. During middle school, my parents decided to move out of state, so we moved to Wyoming for about 4 to 5 years, After that my parents decided to come back out to California due to too much, isolation and loneliness out there. I experienced bullying in school, always got picked on for my body apparently appearing โ€œtoo bigโ€ & my unique personality. My mental health then started going downhill. We finally came back out to California. I went to Hillcrest high school, joined their volleyball and swim team, and fell in love with being an athlete! I loved being active and playing competitive sports, I decided to get myself a gym membership to remain active outside of my practices from school. I LOVED IT!!! I started training consistently at the gym. at that time my style of training was HIIT training I fell in love with that style of training and even now I still continue to incorporate HIIT training into my routine. Junior year of high school, my mother passed away from stage 4 brain cancer, I was 17 years young when she passed. I remember listening to the reasonings behind her death. It all boiled down to her HEALTH and LIFESTYLE . After finding that outโ€ฆ I experienced an awakening I decided to prioritize my health and live a completely different lifestyle, compared to my loved ones. Within three years of grieving and battling mental health, my escape seemed to be the gym, it helped quiet all my negative thinking, and helped create uplifting positive self talk during my sessions. I then naturally gravitated to weightlifting and BOOM! I loved it! My mindset and body transformed like crazy with consistent weight training! Health and fitness has literally saved my life and I have developed a passion to help others transform their lives for the better by teaching how to properly perform exercises and build strength through hard work and consistency!

My name is Frank Mercuri III, I am a business owner, husband, father of 3 and a US Army Veteran. I’ve been an athlete most of my life but I wasn’t always into “Health & Fitness,” until I met my coach 4 years ago. It was my coach who really changed how I saw my self at the ripe age of 46 and introduced me to a whole new world of fitness. Since then, I’ve developed a deeper appreciation for Health & Fitness and for the body building industry. I have personally competed in Men’s Physique & Men’s Classic Physique working towards receiving my Pro Card. What keeps me motivated is seeing how my body always changes when I’m preparing for a competition, but also seeing my transformation. Additional, I have received many requests to help train others. I have taken on this role now as a personal coach/trainer to help others reach their health & fitness goals. When I see how they have changed in just a couple of weeks, that get’s me excited! Whether you are looking for weight loss or have a desire to compete, I will push you beyond what you think you can do but most of all I will be committed to helping you reach your goals!

Hello my name is Victor Ames Iโ€™m pumped and excited to start at self made training facility, some background on my fitness I played football in high school and still play recreational flag leagues and love playing basketball and parks or in indoor gyms whenever I get a chance Iโ€™ve been a trainer for a year now but have worked out ever since I was 17 years old it has been a lifestyle ever since I love powerlifting but I specialize in weight loss and nutrition for my clients I love keeping high energy during our workout sessions and will even get in and knock a few sets out with you because we are in this together I look forward to working with each individual so we can all live a better lifestyle!
