I have been an athlete all my life. Growing up I played baseball, football, basketball, soccer and I also wrestled. I have been recreationally bodybuilding for over 20 years. Back in 2018, I wanted to really challenge myself by competing in my first bodybuilding competition. I ended up taking 2nd place and I was hooked after that. Fast forward to 2020, where I competed in 4 shows on my way to earning my Pro Card and status as an IFBB Mens Physique Pro. I have competed on the most prestigious stage as an IFBB Pro 2 times. I currently train clients in person in Corona, CA and Costa Mesa, CA. I also have a roster of online clients across the country that I help achieve their fitness goals. I am a Dad to two beautiful children. My daughter Avery and my son Archie.
