Forever an Athlete : I played High School & Junior College Football and I must say the best part of all the seasons was the ability to stay fit all year around. We had off season training as well as Seasonal training. I love the feeling of having super strength and explosiveness in the body. The ability and agility to move at 100% of the bodies capability. I love the ability to be in complete control of my body and that was only the beginning of my fitness journey

Fit Dad : Health and Fitness impacted my lifestyle In many positive ways. It started with just wanting to be fit and turned into a way of life. As a Father of 2 my ultimate goal is to be as active in my kids life for as long as possible and I know the more I condition my body as well as nourishment I’ll be able to be active in my kids life.

Working from home meant we could vary snack and coffee breaks, change our desks or view, goof off, drink on the job, even spend the day in pajamas

Hello everyone 👋🏻 ! I started taking my fitness journey serious by the age of 16, I started with a lot of body weight exercises the usual push up, sit ups, pull ups, and I would go on occasional runs here and there for cardiovascular and conditioning benefits. Although I did see a lot of results with just sticking to the basics and staying consistent every week with a routine, I couldn’t wait to start eating the right foods and taking the right supplements to improve my overall physic and health. I remind you guys that when I started my journey I was young and didn’t have a job to buy everything I needed like the supplements and right foods but I wasn’t going to let any of that stop me from accomplishing my goals 💪🏼😤 you have to start where you currently are,  with what you currently have - if you really want it. As I grew older, I of course started to incorporate the food and the supplements but I felt like the most important thing that helped me keep pushing was the training in the gym because you have to consistently stick to a program and know when to switch it up so your body keeps improving and for that you need to invest a lot of time in the gym and try to figure out different ways to train your body for your specific goals. I can fairly say it has been about 10 years that I have been consistent and loyal to the gym and I’ve trained with all kinds of athletes, bodybuilders, personal trainers, and I can fairly say that I have learned a lot when it comes down to changing the human body and thats why I decided to start my career as a private coach here at self made to share all the knowledge and experience that I have acquired and help out as many people out here as possible that are hungry for a change or feel ready or motivated to start their journey. We all have a different reason why we want to get started, and I love hearing peoples stories on why they wish to start, it always inspires me to see others get inspired 🏋🏻‍♂️ I’ve been passing on my blessing as a fitness coach for a little over a year now and I truly enjoy it, its the best thing I have ever done to help others and give back to the community, if there’s anything that motivates me to keep going is seeing others keep challenging themselves for a better version of themselves because it throws me back to when I started and how hungry I was for that change 🔥 my training style really depends on who I am working with because everyone is different but I do like to stick to high intensity training because I believe it is the best for body shaping and losing fat. Knowing that I can not only change my body but also help YOU change yours is truly inspiring for me and it fuels me to keep going so if you feel like you are ready for a change lets get you started on your journey im looking forward in hearing your story and give you the right support and guidance you need!🤝

Hello, I am Brittany Steele, a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I am dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals and improving their lifestyle. Fitness has always been a part of my life since a young age. I grew up playing sports and my mom got my brother and myself into the gym atmosphere at an early age to show us the importance of taking care of one’s health. I knew personal training was my passion when I started helping my friends on their fitness journey and seeing how happy they got when they achieved their fitness goals and understood what it took to live a healthy happy lifestyle. Once I knew this was my passion I went and received my PT certification from ACE Fitness and started personal training as a career in 2017.  I specialize in weight loss, strength training, andnutrition. I believe that along with exercise, holistic wellness strategies are the best way to achieve and maintain a healthy body, mind, and soul.  I believe that exercise does not have to be a daunting task, so I enjoy making training sessions fun, yet challenging, educational, and most importantly effective. I strive to provide my clients with a positive and satisfying experience that inspires reassurance in their personal ability to fulfill their health goals.
