I also learned, the more you are passionate about something the less of those days you will have. The reason why I love what I do, is not only for others to live a healthier longer more active lifestyle; but, to see the smiles and self acceptance my clients feel when they believe in themselves to reach their goals.

Hello, I am Brittany Steele, a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I am dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals and improving their lifestyle. Fitness has always been a part of my life since a young age. I grew up playing sports and my mom got my brother and myself into the gym atmosphere at an early age to show us the importance of taking care of one’s health. I knew personal training was my passion when I started helping my friends on their fitness journey and seeing how happy they got when they achieved their fitness goals and understood what it took to live a healthy happy lifestyle. Once I knew this was my passion I went and received my PT certification from ACE Fitness and started personal training as a career in 2017.  I specialize in weight loss, strength training, andnutrition. I believe that along with exercise, holistic wellness strategies are the best way to achieve and maintain a healthy body, mind, and soul.  I believe that exercise does not have to be a daunting task, so I enjoy making training sessions fun, yet challenging, educational, and most importantly effective. I strive to provide my clients with a positive and satisfying experience that inspires reassurance in their personal ability to fulfill their health goals.
Hello my name is Victor Ames I’m pumped and excited to start at self made training facility, some background on my fitness I played football in high school and still play recreational flag leagues and love playing basketball and parks or in indoor gyms whenever I get a chance I’ve been a trainer for a year now but have worked out ever since I was 17 years old it has been a lifestyle ever since I love powerlifting but I specialize in weight loss and nutrition for my clients I love keeping high energy during our workout sessions and will even get in and knock a few sets out with you because we are in this together I look forward to working with each individual so we can all live a better lifestyle!
